Terms and Conditions

• All of our Joyful driving school cars are fully insured. we will pay for all cost which is paid by the insurance company, we also pay access fee. But the student will be responsible and pay for all fines occured during his or her lesson. The students also carry the demerit points.
• Payment of driving lessons should be paid in advance, the bookings can only be preserved after payment being received.
• Cancellation of lessons. All lessons can be cancelled free of charge 48 hours before the lesson times. Under 48 hours notice of cancellation 50% of payment can be refund, under 24 hours notice of cancellation no refund.
